Q Can you deliver to door?
A As sofa is high volume cargo, delivery cost is calculated according to the volume, TO DOOR delivery costs high and we DON'T offer to door delivery.
You need to have a forwarder agent in China to receive the cargo and ship for you.

Q What's your payment term for customized orders?
A For customized orders, payment term is 50% T/T deposit, balance before delivery.
Customized orders should be delivered within 3 months after order is confirmed, otherwise storage charge may occur.

Q How is the packaging? How can you ensure the safe packing?
A Standard export packing for sofa is bubble bag+cardboard protector+knitting bag. Glasses will be with wood packing if it's retail orders.
If wood packing for sofa is needed, extra costs will be charged.

Q How long does it take for production?
A Usually it's about 15 to 25 days.
Some designs with special metal decoration or functions might take about 25 to 35 days.

Q How can I start customization?
A Simply send us your detail requirements:
sofa design, combination, color, material, chaise direction, functions, etc, we will send you the quotation accordingly.
All details will be discussed before ordering, and we will send you the production sheet for you to check and confirm before production.

Q Are you a factory? Can I customize my sofa?
A We are direct factory specialized in modern sofas and beds, you can customize the sofa according to your living space.

Q What is the Warranty?
A We offer Limited Warranty as follows:
sofa frame: 10 years
sponge: 5 years
fabric: 3 years
leather: 2 years
Limited warranty subject to proper use and maintainance.

Q What is the trade term?
A We can work on FOB/CNF/CIF term for full container orders, but freight is quoted separately one week before shipping, as freight changes frequently.
Departure ports are: Shenzhen or Guangzhou
If it's retail or less than container order, EX-work term will be applied.

Q What is your MOQ?
A In general, our MOQ is 1*40’HQ container base on FOB/CNF/CIF term, can be mixed with different items.
Retail order is also acceptable base on EX-WORK term.

Q Can I Customize my Sectional or Sofa Set?
A Yes, we accept customization on materials, colors, sizes, combinations, etc.
