All details will be discussed before ordering, and we will send you the production sheet for you to check and confirm before production.

Q What is the Warranty?
A We offer Limited Warranty as follows:
sofa frame: 10 years
sponge: 5 years
fabric: 3 years
leather: 2 years
Limited warranty subject to proper use and maintainance.

Q What is the trade term?
A We can work on FOB/CNF/CIF term for full container orders, but freight is quoted separately one week before shipping, as freight changes frequently.
Departure ports are: Shenzhen or Guangzhou
If it's retail or less than container order, EX-work term will be applied.
